Dive Academic

You have two ways to complete the required dive academics. Develop your scuba diving knowledge using either the traditional study student and classroom method or PADI's eLearning platform.

 

  • The class is conducted over 9 hours on Wednesday evening, Friday evening and Saturday Morning (day of first pool session). The student must pick up the Open Water crewpack per to the the class and read and complete the knowledge review in the book at the end of the chapters. You should allow for 6 to 8 hours of independent study to complete this assignment. The tuition for the classroom must be before you are able to receive your manual. View Class Schedule. Cost $195

  • Start be Develop your scuba diving knowledge using PADI's eLearning platform.

    On your computer or mobile device when it's convenient for you and at your own pace.

    It takes 8 to 15 hours in total. Complete before your scheduled start date for Step 2.
